This notice describes the information Washington County Released Inmates receives, how that information supports the site, and the limited situations in which another party may receive it. The terms cover searches sent to outside providers, messages sent directly to us, routine technical data, and cookies. They also explain security limits and visitor choices. By using the site, you accept the practices described here. When a link opens an official Mississippi agency, corrections portal, or another outside service, that destination applies its own privacy terms.

Terms Entered in Search Tools

A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search. Washington County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the request under its privacy policy, so review that policy before submitting information.

If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the message and the contact details supplied with it so we can read and answer the request. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law. Avoid placing sensitive identifiers in a general message when they are not needed.
