Washington County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It is not part of a sheriff’s office, court, jail, corrections department, parole agency, or other public office. It does not possess official Washington County records, and it cannot confirm a person’s custody status, authorize a release, change a sentence, file a request, or submit a court document for a visitor.

Limits on Liability

Government records and third-party material retain their own legal status and ownership. Mississippi Law Controls

Nothing in this provision expands the authority of a court that would not otherwise have jurisdiction.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court with proper authority finds any part of these Terms & Conditions invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable. If adjustment is not possible, the affected part will be separated. All remaining terms will continue in effect.
